Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to drive our brand awareness and enhance our market presence.

  • Job Summary:
  • Plan, develop, and organize advertising marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives.
  • Execute targeted campaigns to promote our brand.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Monitor and optimize online presence to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to foster loyalty.
  • Create and manage loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar marketing specialist role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics, strong creative and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
