Job Title: Brand Promoter

At our company, we specialise in creating innovative hospitality concepts for discerning diners. We believe that talented individuals who share our vision can help us achieve greatness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to achieving sales growth targets through effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute year-on-year marketing promotional calendars, including all testing and innovation required.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food Managers to execute scheduled menu updates and food innovation.
  • Oversee all digital marketing strategies and performance-driven executional programmes that enhance brand reputation.

Requirements:

  • Formal degree qualification and/or minimum 5 years experience in a related field.
  • Well-developed communications skills and demonstrated teamwork.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with demonstrated capability to extract actionable insights.
  • Well-developed creative skills with experience across multiple mediums.
  • Knowledge of retail and ideally multi-unit retail brands.
  • Awareness of leadership development and personal commitment to influencing and persuading others.

Work Environment:

Full-time contract, Monday to Friday, Australia work authorisation required. Work location: In person.
