Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Mobility team as a Senior Manager. As part of this team, you will help move talent across the globe and reshape the way businesses manage and support their international and domestic workforces.

The role involves delivering comprehensive mobility tax support, managing cross-border strategy and innovation, and providing expert guidance on home and host country tax reporting. You will also contribute to the development of cutting-edge global mobility programs and bring creative solutions to the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation:
  • Tax Reporting & Compliance Expertise:

You will have extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services. You will demonstrate strong client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excel in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs

This is a hybrid position based in Sydney, Australia. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.
