Life Sciences Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Life Sciences Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to leverage their extensive network and skills in recruitment to connect with and attract top search-level global SME professionals to relocate to Australia. As a pivotal member of our team, you will manage the Irish/UK mid-senior level contingent candidate base from a contract worker perspective.

This 360-degree role requires minimal supervision/training and involves forging and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders within our customer base spanning biotech, government, and regulatory/academic life sciences bodies. You will lead international recruitment campaigns showcasing the benefits of working in the Australian healthcare system, leveraging your existing network to expedite placements and ensure seamless experiences for both candidates and clients.
