Key Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Leader to join our team. The Key Leader will be responsible for leading by example, providing support to Educators, and overseeing all operations of the retail floor.

Job Description

The Key Leader role is an essential part of our store leadership team, impacting salesfloor team members and guest experience every day. As a Key Leader, you will leverage key performance indicators and metrics to prioritize responsibilities while adapting to day-to-day business adjustments and challenges.

  • Lead by example and provide support to Educators to ensure an outstanding guest experience in the store.
  • Oversee all operations of the retail floor, including planning salesfloor coverage and making decisions to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of salesfloor operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with strong leadership and people management skills. You should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience (supervisor or people management not necessary).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
