As a seasoned professional, you will play a critical role in managing inventory levels and analyzing variances across multiple stores and states. Reporting to the CFO, you will work collaboratively with Regional State Managers, Retail Managers, Supply Chain and Warehouse Teams to ensure accurate inventory records and timely replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate inventory records are maintained, and that inventory levels are replenished in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular checks of inventory levels and report findings to the State General Manager and CFO.
  • Create, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures to meet company goals.
  • Create, update, and maintain property records.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are upheld.
  • Perform general administration and reporting tasks as required.
  • Ensure Work Health and Safety procedures are adhered to.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Understanding of stock, inventory, and administrative processes and principles.
  • Experience in SAP B1 is desirable.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively.
