As a seasoned compliance professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Global Transaction Services (GTS) business.

GTS is a cornerstone of our Institutional Bank, serving the cash management and working capital needs of corporate, institutional, and government clients. We strive to simplify processes and enhance customer interactions through innovative product initiatives and streamlined fee structures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing second-line compliance support to the GTS business, advising on regulatory changes, interactions, and key projects
  • Utilizing technical expertise to manage compliance risks and coach the GTS compliance team
  • Representing Compliance in forums and risk committees, driving continuous improvement in compliance management
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across Three Lines of Defence and relevant divisions to provide 2nd Line Compliance advice

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of CIB and GTS Compliance, offering trusted guidance and recommendations on compliance matters, including critical regulatory change initiatives, regulatory interactions, key projects, and product initiatives.

You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in the compliance management framework, including regulatory changes and new policies. This involves leveraging your technical expertise to promote best practices in managing compliance risks from incidents, issues, and complaints.
