We are seeking highly skilled Radiation Therapists to join our team at Icon Cancer Centre Australia. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality radiation therapy planning and treatment services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective radiation therapy planning and treatment services to patients
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient needs are met
- Exhibit a strong patient focus and treat all patients with respect and dignity
- Support a high-performance culture that delivers quality patient care services
- Support the Charge RT and/or RT Manager in the day-to-day management of a planning or treatment unit
- Effectively prioritize the workload and duties of other RTs on the unit
- Perform quality assurance checks on treatment plans to ensure safe delivery of care
- Provide effective leadership and management of planning or treatment
- Apply highly advanced knowledge and skills to make timely and accurate technical or clinical decisions
- Lead and support Senior RTs to manage their sub-teams within the unit
