Customer Service Representative

We are seeking experienced and skilled customer service representatives to join our team.
This role involves providing exceptional customer experiences through timely and efficient resolution of issues, building strong relationships with customers, and offering proactive support in a friendly manner.
- Answer and respond to incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous tone.
- Handle customer care calls, billing inquiries, and technical support requests.
- Update CRM systems with accurate information and follow up on necessary actions.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn new technical information and system knowledge quickly.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
