Key Responsibilities- Deliver general and mining-related training and seminars to clients in a classroom setting.
- Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of our clients.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of our training programs.
- Collaborate with our operations team to identify opportunities for training and development.
- Manage training budgets and maintain accurate records of training activities.
- Highly motivated and experienced Trainer & Assessor with a strong background in the mining industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Organisational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work as part of a small team to drive business success.
- Able to analyse data and correct errors.

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122, TAE40116 or TAE40110 with the additional requirements).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in training or related setting.
- Proven ability delivering programs in classroom settings to people of diverse backgrounds and ages.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint); e-learning software.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
- Regular hours when in office.
- Ability to deliver training in various locations.
- Be part of a small & dynamic team.
- Push frontiers in assessing and training.
- Work in our offices at the Perth Airport and on location.
