  2. Develop and implement innovative research projects and initiatives that address key challenges in the field.
  3. Foster strong partnerships with industry, government, and other stakeholders to advance the faculty's research impact.
  4. Supervise and mentor higher degree research students and develop their research skills and expertise.
  5. Contribute to the development of academic programs and courses in Emergency and Critical Care, and provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students.

Requirements

  • PhD in nursing or a related discipline.
  • Registration as a nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Proven track record of research achievement, including publications, grants, and awards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and external partners.
