Senior Interior Designer

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Canberra, Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior architecture and design, with experience in delivering high-quality projects for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of interior architecture and design services to clients, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion of projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop client relationships and secure new business opportunities.
  • Design Development: Develop preliminary space plans, 2D and 3D design concepts, and specifications that meet client needs and adhere to relevant building codes and standards.
  • Client Engagement: Provide excellent customer service, actively engaging with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Degree Qualification: Degree-qualified in interior architecture or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural firms or interior design studios.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to foster team development, and encourage collaboration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex design concepts effectively.
