At Coco Republic, we're seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented professional to join our showroom team as a Design Consultant.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for design and aesthetics, and the ability to deliver exceptional client experiences from consultation to aftercare.

The role involves guiding clients through a tailored design journey, cultivating strong product knowledge, collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals, and managing sales administration with precision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and guiding clients through a bespoke design experience
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of luxury products and applying a styling lens to every interaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive sales growth and achieve shared objectives
  • Efficiently managing sales-related tasks and administration

Requirements:

  • A confident communicator with a passion for design and interiors
  • Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing environments
  • Strong product knowledge and a flair for interior styling
  • Goal-oriented and driven by a fast-paced, high-performing culture
  • Self-motivated, detail-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional results
  • Fluent English language skills; Mandarin language proficiency an advantage
