The Senior Principal Consultant serves as a key link between business and technical teams, providing expertise in Workday Finance to drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project workstreams and make informed decisions.
- Develop company policies and procedures, reinforcing them through effective communication.
- Identify dependencies and support interplay between different workstreams within a project.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee Consultants within their projects.
- Be an Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Expenses area.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement experience or similar tool implementation.
- 10+ years of ERP consulting experience, Cloud ERP experience beneficial.
- Adaptive Financials experience desirable.
- Experience working with other financial ERPs such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Background in finance or supply chain roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience designing and developing solutions under multiple deadlines.
