Job Title: Concrete Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Supervisor to join our team at Duratec Australia. As a Concrete Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of concrete remediation specialists on various projects across the Goldfields Region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in concrete remediation and experience in supervising teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of concrete remediation specialists
  • Assist project delivery by providing day-to-day site supervision and managing team tasks
  • Lead the team on productive and safe work behavior
  • Set up sites and complete projects
  • Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
  • Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
  • Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements
  • Perform concrete reinforcement, preparation, and replacement
  • Conduct concrete repairs and breakout
  • Perform precision grouting
  • Set up formwork
  • Core drill
  • Implement cathodic protection
  • Apply carbon fibre strengthening
  • Seal joints
  • Inject concrete
  • Finish concrete
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A construction white card
  • A driver's license
  • Experience with excavators and/or skid steers (advantageous)
  • HR license (advantageous)
  • Strong team player, proactive, and reliable with high safety standards
