Concrete Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Supervisor to join our team at Duratec Australia. As a Concrete Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of concrete remediation specialists on various projects across the Goldfields Region.
Key Responsibilities- Assist project delivery by providing day-to-day site supervision and managing your team
- Lead the team on productive and safe work behaviour
- Set up sites and completions
- Coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
- Liaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to schedule
- Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements
- Concrete reinforcement, preparation, and replacement
- Concrete repairs and breakout
- Precision grouting
- Formwork
- Core drilling
- Cathodic protection
- Carbon fibre strengthening
- Joint sealing
- Concrete injection
- Concrete finishing
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Construction white card
- Drivers licence
- Excavator and/or skid steer – advantageous
- HR licence – advantageous
- Strong team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
