Ecommerce Manager Job Description

We are seeking a commercially driven and hands-on eCommerce & Digital Performance Manager to lead the online store's trading performance and digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day trading of the online store, delivering on sales and profit targets.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, and affiliates.
  • Optimise onsite merchandising, content, and user journey to enhance conversion.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in eCommerce and digital marketing within fast-paced retail or lifestyle brands.
  • Proficiency with Shopify and performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in trading, reporting, and CRO.
