About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and efficient individual to fill the position of Picker/Assembler at our Cairns facility. As a valued member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and assembling products in our freezer, chiller, and dry areas.

Your role will involve working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily targets and supporting one another to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and assemble orders with precision and speed
  • Work safely and effectively in cold storage areas, including freezers and chillers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Contribute to meeting daily targets and achieving team goals
  • Support the warehouse team as needed to ensure smooth operations
About You
  • You possess physical stamina and can handle manual handling tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • You have good time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
  • You are comfortable working in cold environments (down to -25°C) and possess a solid work ethic
  • You may have previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting, but it's not required
