About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our theatre team as a Theatre Scrub/Scout. This role involves working alongside experienced surgeons and theatre staff to deliver high-quality surgical care.

The perioperative suite at our hospital features four operating theatres, two procedure rooms, and an eleven-bay recovery unit, performing a variety of elective surgeries including orthopaedics, urology, general surgery, plastic surgery, breast surgery, gynaecology, ENT, ophthalmology, and gastroenterology.
Our theatre team operates Monday to Friday with staff participation in on-call rotations. We offer flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
You may have opportunities to collaborate with other healthcare teams to develop advanced clinical skills and knowledge in elective, emergency, and trauma surgery.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate. You must also have completed a Board-approved program of study which includes an administration of medicines unit.

The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and demonstrate resilience in a complex environment is essential for this role.
