**Job Title:** Retail Team Leader Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the Proactive Services Team in providing exceptional cleaning, trolley collection, and waste management services to our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 30 members to ensure consistent delivery of essential services such as trolley availability, safety, food safety, cleaning, hygiene, and waste management throughout the week.
  • Collaborate with other store departments to cultivate a positive experience for all team members and customers.
  • Create effective work schedules/rosters and ensure your team's punctuality.
  • Manage the procurement of all necessary supplies while staying within budgetary limits.
  • Evaluate team members based on key metrics and offer valuable feedback for growth opportunities.
