We are seeking a talented individual to lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning programs.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern instructional techniques.
- A strong background in organisational capability frameworks, leadership development, and people management enablement is essential.
This role involves collaborating with senior leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to create innovative learning experiences that drive real behavioural impact.
Key Responsibilities:Leadership Development Program Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of leadership development programs aligned to organisational capability frameworks.
Needs Analysis and Gap Assessment: Conduct needs analyses and gap assessments to inform program content and ensure relevance.
Learning Content Development: Develop engaging, blended learning content using adult learning principles and modern instructional design techniques.
Program Facilitation: Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, including Train the Trainer programs, workshops, and pilot leadership programs.
Evaluation and Improvement: Track and evaluate learning outcomes, recommending improvements to ensure programs deliver real behavioural impact.
Adoption and Engagement: Support adoption and engagement of leadership programs through coaching, tools, and internal communication strategies.
