
Palliative Care Consultant

As a Palliative Care Consultant, you will provide expert advice and guidance on complex care issues, as well as deliver nursing care within our clinical practice framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Expertise: Provide leadership and expertise in palliative care, advising on complex care issues and delivering nursing care within our scope of practice.
- Care Planning: Develop, implement, monitor, and review care plans to meet client healthcare needs and promote quality of life.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a growing team to provide high-quality end-of-life care to clients and their families.
- Clinical Experience: Possess extensive clinical experience in palliative care and post-graduate qualifications in the field or working towards them.
- Qualifications: Hold a current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate to practice in the state where employed.
- Skills and Abilities: Demonstrate a high standard of flexible and responsive management and clinical leadership, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
