Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our P2P system and timely processing of supplier invoices.

This role is pivotal in supporting the efficient management of our financial processes, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of transactional procurement and PO systems, with experience with Ariba P2P being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial policies and procedures
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years in Accounts Payable or similar finance function
  • Strong understanding of transactional procurement and PO systems
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
