Job Title: Roofing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our roofing operations team.

  • This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement operational processes that drive installation quality and efficiency.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience leading schedule management, developing operational processes, and translating customer requirements into new and improved product solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities include:
    • Enhance operations with the implementation and maintenance of improved workflows
    • Undertake project management and administrative tasks across internal projects/programs
    • Monitor and manage client incoming & outgoing correspondence, raise production orders, dispatching orders, freight organisation and invoicing
    • Implement process improvements and standardisation including automation, compliance, accuracy, and customer experience
    • Liaise with regional counterparts to maximise utilisation of labour resources
