The Opportunity
Our Kiteleys business is looking for a
Roofing Operations Manager
to join the team based in
Cardiff, NSW
. For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.
As the Roofing Operations Manager, you will support and manage the day-to-day operations and scheduling of resources, ensuring your team is focused on the delivery of exceptional performance, as well as ensuring our business plan objectives and targets are continually met.
You will play a key role in ensuring safety standards are embedded and maintained across all operations, while driving installation quality through effective auditing and supervision.
What Will You Do?
As someone who is committed to the safety of their team and delivering on customer expectations, you will:
enhance operations with the implementation and maintenance of improved workflows
undertake project management and administrative tasks across a range internal projects/programs
monitor and manage client incoming & outgoing correspondence, raise production orders, dispatching orders, freight organisation and invoicing
implement process improvements and standardisation including automation, compliance, accuracy, and customer experience
liaise with regional counterparts to maximise utilisation of labour resources
More About You
Bringing excellent communication and leadership abilities along with experience in schedule management, you will also have:
experience leading and developing an engaged, inclusive and high-performing team
previous experience developing and embedding operational processes and metrics
an aptitude to translate customer requirements into new and improved product and service solutions
an understanding of the linkage between production, supply chain and logistics streams and the ability to develop strategies that align current capability with customer and market requirements
demonstrated commercial acumen including the ability to understand and manage budgets
