Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting, nurturing, and managing the client database to drive sales success.
  • Liaising with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to ensure seamless transactions and build strong relationships.
  • Managing and responding to buyer enquiries promptly and professionally, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Attending market appraisals with senior agents to gain valuable insights and expertise.
  • Conducting buyer follow-up calls after open homes to maintain a strong connection with clients.
  • Coordinating signboard installations and removals to enhance visibility and brand awareness.
  • Attending weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 6–12 months' real estate experience (sales associate or support role) – not entry-level.
  • A current Certificate of Registration and driver's license with a reliable car.
  • A passion for real estate and a hunger to succeed, driving you to excel in this field.
  • Professional communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Experience with Property Tree is advantageous but not necessary.
