We're seeking an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our part-time team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

The primary responsibilities of this position include answering customer calls, processing orders, providing updates on deliveries and product information, liaising with internal teams, and maintaining accurate customer records.

About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in customer service and sales. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and fulfilment.

  • Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
  • Answer customer calls promptly and professionally
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and delivery
  • Maintain customer records and provide updates on products and pricing

This is a part-time Monday to Friday position, requiring a 4:00pm finish each day. Start times are flexible between 9:00-9:30am.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polite and engaging phone manner. You should also have excellent computer literacy, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior experience using ERP systems.
