About the Role

Hello. We invite you to join our diverse Flight Support Team – a welcoming group of baggage handlers who play a key role in ensuring timely flights and safe luggage transportation.

This physically demanding role involves regular lifting and moving bags weighing up to 32kg each. If you've worked in manual handling or warehouse settings, enjoy teamwork and appreciate an outdoor environment, then this role might be perfect for you.

Responsibilities
  • You'll dive into immersive experiences working as part of our airline team, loading and unloading luggage and freight in the bag room and cargo hold.
  • You'll also assist with aircraft door operations, boarding stairs, pet transport, and operating baggage tugs This dynamic outdoor position offers variety, teamwork, and lifelong friendships.
Requirements
  • Exhibit physical strength, adaptability, and reliability
  • Thriving under pressure is essential in our ever-changing environment where weather, schedules, and unexpected situations are part of the adventure
  • Possess an Australian driver's license
  • Have the right to live and work in Australia
  • Be flexible and able to work a rotating shift roster that includes early starts, late finishes, weekends, and public holidays.
