We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapy Specialist to join our team at the MedHealth Group. As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing expert care and support to individuals who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders, including insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues, and employees. You will be responsible for assessing needs and providing effective solutions and strategies to ensure that our clients receive a safe return to work within their same employer or with a new employer as part of their rehabilitation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, employers, and other stakeholders on workplace health and safety matters
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments in workplace health and safety

Requirements

  • Qualifications and relevant registration in Physiotherapy
  • Proven experience in workplace health and safety, rehabilitation, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
