About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team at the ORS Group, a leading national allied health and workplace rehabilitation provider. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to clients across the lifespan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve client outcomes and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and client-centered services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure optimal care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy.
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Previous experience working with clients with disabilities and/or in the Disability Sector or NDIS.
  • A car and valid driver's license.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one.
