Student Support Professional

This role involves working with individual students P-4 and groups of students in a variety of classrooms, promoting student achievement and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Catholic ethos of the school by demonstrating respect and understanding for the community's values and principles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to implement Individual Learning Plans (ILP) for students with special needs.
- Provide daily written records of tasks and activities undertaken with students, maintaining accurate and detailed documentation.
- Assist with personal care of students as required, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions.
- Working With Children Check clearance.
- National Police Check clearance.
- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Driver's Licence or photographic proof of identity.
- A passion for supporting children to achieve their best.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Patient and empathetic approach when interacting with students and staff.
