A visionary architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the built environment, leveraging expertise to drive projects from concept to completion.

This exciting opportunity seeks a highly skilled and experienced architect to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architectural design, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project progression.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring open communication and transparency.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Possess a minimum of ten years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on project management.
  • Be licensed as an architect in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Demonstrate expertise in building information modeling (BIM) and other advanced design technologies.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College/University.
  • 10+ years of experience as an Architect.
  • Licensed Architect.
