Job Title: Environment Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Environment Partner to join our national Environmental Performance team, supporting operations across South Australia and the Northern Territory.

This role provides specialist environmental advice, leads improvement projects, and partners with operational teams across concrete, aggregate, and quarry sites to enhance compliance and drive environmental excellence.

Responsibilities include providing technical environmental guidance to site managers, leading and supporting compliance obligations, and maintaining and improving environmental data systems.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with minimum 3 years' experience in environmental management in regulatory, heavy industry, waste, or quarry sectors.

Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role. Travel may be required.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in environmental management in regulatory, heavy industry, waste, or quarry sectors
  • Experience with regulatory and community stakeholders and ISO 14001 systems
  • Strong knowledge of environmental legislation
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
