Senior Sustainability Lead

Enhance the performance of buildings to promote overall sustainability.

The Senior Sustainability Lead plays a pivotal role in analysing and optimising building systems for enhanced sustainability. This position presents an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects that drive a more sustainable future.

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of building systems and components to assess energy usage, thermal comfort, indoor air quality, and overall performance.
  • Utilise energy modelling software to simulate and optimise building performance.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to develop sustainable design strategies and recommend design modifications, retrofits, and technology upgrades.
  • Lead a small dedicated team and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Build client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Professional certifications such as Green Star Accredited Professional (GSAP), NABERS Accredited Assessor, and Certified Energy Manager (CEM).
  • Passion for sustainability and commitment to advancing environmental stewardship through innovative engineering solutions.
