Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioural assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Implement behaviour modification techniques and monitor progress.
- Participate in regular training and professional development.
- Work extensively within correctional facilities, adapting to these settings as needed.
Requirements:
- Registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner is a must. A background in Social Work, Teaching, Occupational Therapy, or a related field is an advantage.
- A problem-solving mindset - you can think fast and adapt when things don't go to plan.
- A driver's licence and own vehicle - because you'll be out in the field making things happen.
- NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and right to work in Australia.
