Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle EPM Consultant to join our team.


This role will involve leading business transformation projects, providing advisory services, and implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions that deliver real business value.


  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver expert advisory services: Guide clients on EPM Cloud roadmaps and participate in business transformation initiatives.
    • Lead implementations: Design, build, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions across Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation & Close, Account Reconciliation, Profitability & Cost Management, Narrative Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management.
    • Drive business analysis & requirements gathering: Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
    • Support presales & proposals: Contribute to client discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and proposal development.
    • Build relationships: Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
    • Lead & mentor: Guide team members, ensure effective service delivery, and champion a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations and functional leadership on at least one successful project.
  • Expertise across Oracle EPM modules (Planning & Budgeting, Financial Consolidation & Close, Account Reconciliation, Profitability & Cost Management, Narrative Reporting, and Enterprise Data Management).
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, including Oracle EPM.
  • Experience with Hyperion and migration projects to Cloud (desirable).
  • Strong ability to review, analyse, and design complex ICT business processes and solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and with distributed onshore/offshore models.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to confidently communicate EPM capabilities and use cases.
