About the Role:

As a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers, supporting Registered Nurses in their role to promote a harmonious team approach to resident care.

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents and families, considering cultural, spiritual, and individual needs
  • Provide nursing care to residents with complex needs, including palliative care, dementia support, restorative care, and pain management
  • Support nursing staff with assessment and care planning processes, documentation, and evaluation of care outcomes
  • Analyze risk, implement strategies, and participate in clinical handover with Registered Nurses
  • Promote a harmonious team approach by acting as a role model in coordinating daily routines and adhering to safe practice measures in medication management
  • Casual opportunity working 3 shifts a week
About You:

If you are a current Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with experience in residential aged care or home care, and possess skills in decision-making, critical analysis, and problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2)
  • Experience in residential aged care or home care (preferred)
  • Experience with dementia care and palliative care support (desired)
  • Proficiency in decision-making, critical analysis, and on-the-spot problem-solving
  • Demonstrated abilities to delegate and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
  • Availability and commitment to work in the specified roster vacancies
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and appreciate one-on-one interactions
  • Commitment to our workplace culture based on the BEST philosophy
