Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in shaping the future of infrastructure development. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced mechanical engineering professional to establish new functions, influence industry-leading standards, and collaborate with top-tier engineering and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish mechanical engineering design, construction, and operational standards providing technical and functional leadership and direction.
  • Arrange design certification reviews with Chief Engineer.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Review and approve mechanical engineering drawings, calculations, and models.
  • Monitor project designs and construction to verify compliance with established standards.

Requirements:

  • Significant demonstrable mechanical engineering experience, ideally experience in building infrastructure, mechanical services including craneage.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant mechanical engineering discipline.
  • Eligibility for accreditation as a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Australia.
