About The Role- Provide high-level interventions and support for young people through assisting them in diversionary programs, preparing court reports and attending court, conducting assessments, developing case plans, supervising a caseload of identified clients on legal orders, and connecting them to services appropriate to their assessed need. This role involves working with government agencies, community organizations, and family members to achieve positive outcomes for the young people in our care.
- Assist young people in diversionary programs and prepare court reports and attend court as required.
- Conduct assessments and develop case plans to identify the needs of the young person and provide appropriate support and intervention.
- Supervise a caseload of identified clients on legal orders and connect them to services appropriate to their assessed need.
