Our organisation is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a lead role in delivering strategic people initiatives across the organisation.
Working closely with our Head of Culture and Capability, you will be responsible for driving organisational development and implementing best practice people initiatives that align with our business objectives.
In this exciting and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our organisation and contribute to the overall success of our state.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver key people initiatives across the organisation, including diversity and inclusion programmes, reward and recognition schemes, and performance analysis
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Develop and implement long-term people strategies to drive business growth and improvement
- Provide expert advice and guidance on organisational development and change management
