Job Description

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to lead our busy kitchen and front-of-house teams. As Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and take orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Respond and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage staff effectively, including setting rosters, hiring, training, and supervising team members.
  • Organize and manage reservations and special events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
  • Supervise daily operations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff alike.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels of all products being used in the restaurant and market.
About You
  • You must hold a current RSA and Food Safety certificate.
  • You should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • You possess a strong work ethic, with a self-starter attitude and a friendly, positive demeanor.
  • You have a passion for hospitality and are proactive in growing and improving our business.
