Commercial Paralegal Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting lawyers in drafting, reviewing and revising commercial contracts, agreements and legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research on various commercial law topics and prepare summaries and analyses for attorney review.
  • Coordinate communication between lawyers, clients and external parties involved in commercial transactions.
  • Support lawyers in preparing for meetings, hearings and court proceedings related to commercial litigation matters.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal in a commercial law practice or corporate legal department.
  • Strong understanding of commercial law principles and contract law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
