We are seeking experienced Aged Care Registered Nurses to work in Oberon's aged care facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses who want to make a real difference in the lives of older Australians.Job Description:

We're looking for dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team in Oberon. As an Aged Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment. Our residents appreciate the personal touch and we strive to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes them feel at home.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must live in close proximity to Oberon
  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • 12 months full-time experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse within Australia
  • 2 contactable clinical references from a line manager
  • Up-to-date immunisation records (desired), Flu Vax essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; English must be your first or second language
  • Caring attitude and ability to build rapport with patients/residents
