Decentralization Strategist

The company is seeking a highly skilled Decentralization Strategist to support the implementation of its decentralization vision and values within its DAO community.

2. Create project plans, including targets for milestones and resource estimates, to drive the success of decentralized governance initiatives.
   
3. Assist in executing transactions and provide systems requirements for new chains to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
   
4. Motivate community members to suggest and discuss their ideas, problems, and proposals constructively, fostering a collaborative environment.
   
5. Participate in governance discussions and product roadmap proposals to inform strategic decision-making.
   
6. Help mentor and train new members to the DAO and Foundation, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
   
7. Develop an on-ramp funnel for new DAO members, promoting efficient onboarding and engagement.
   
8. Collaborate with open-source technical lead and engineers to support decentralization efforts and drive innovation.
   
9. Promote cooperation and partnerships with other aligned DAO communities, expanding the organization's reach and influence.
   

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

• Experience in blockchain, decentralized governance, DeFi, app development, and web3 technologies.
  
• A proven track record of taking initiative and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong ability to understand economic and technical consequences of DAO governance proposals.
  
• Strong writing skills to describe complex systems, ensuring effective communication.
  
• Ability to attract followers, participate in decentralized communities, or have a positive reputation in Web3.
  
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and research teams.
