Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

**Job Description**

As a Decentralization Strategist at Cryptorecruit, you will play a crucial role in supporting our decentralized finance (DeFi) platform, assisting in the execution of various transactions, teaching stakeholders about blockchain architecture, and providing systems requirements for new chain implementations.

You will motivate community members to suggest and discuss their ideas, problems, and proposals constructively, participate in governance discussions, and help build and scale an on-ramp funnel for new DAO members.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement project plans, including targets for milestones and resource estimates
• Assist in executing transactions and teach stakeholders about blockchain architecture
• Motivate community members to contribute constructively
• Participate in governance discussions and product roadmap proposals
• Help mentor and train new members to the DAO and Foundation
• Help build and scale an on-ramp funnel for new DAO members
• Work with open-source technical lead and engineers regularly
• Help promote cooperation and partnerships with other aligned DAO communities

Requirements

• Experience in and passion for blockchain, decentralized governance, DeFi, app development, and web3 technologies
• Experience with DAO structures and building DAO communities
• Proven track record of taking initiative and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of economic and technical consequences of DAO governance proposals
• Strong writing skills to describe complex systems and informed opinions
• Demonstrated ability to attract followers on social media or have a positive reputation in Web3
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and research teams
