Salary starting at $75,000 - $85,000 + Super Hybrid Role; work in the clinic and out in the community Travel allowance; 98 C per km and tolls paid Travel cap of up to 30mins from the clinic i Pads, laptop, phone and SP kit provided Caseload catered to your interest area Choose your start/ finish times or work a 9 day fortnight and have a week day off WFH option to complete administration tasks $1000 CPD allowance + 3 days paid professional development leave Weekly discipline specific or multidisciplinary training Ample opportunities for work shadowing so that you can develop your knowledge working with different conditions Comprehensive 2 week induction program where you will undertake work shadowing and learn procedures and systems Administration team to take care of bookings and billings Team lunches provided every Monday and a kitchen full of snacks KPI target: Gradual increase over 3-6 months to 5 billable hours per day BONUS structure: get paid extra $$ for seeing more clients if you wish Supportive and positive team culture that provide mentoring and support to all of it's clinicians Regular social events; team building days, dinners out, and after work drinks.
New Graduate Support: Undertake a 6 month New Graduate Prgoram, offering lots of opportunities for work shadowing experienced Speech Pathologists, a gradual increase of caseload, weekly 1:1 Supervision with a very experienced Senior SP, weekly discipline specific and/or multidisciplinary training sessions that will further grow your practice, and a $1000 professional development allowance to undertake external courses that will further support your development as an Speech Pathologist.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology SPA membership Unrestricted working rights in Australia Drivers license and own vehicle Interested in this position or know someone who might be?
