We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented professional to play a vital part in the early stages of laboratory operations. This role ensures the accurate logging of incoming samples into our system, contributing to the overall efficiency of the laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unpacking, sorting, and checking sample receipts for accuracy and quality;">
  • Registering samples using the laboratory information management system;">
  • Communicating directly with clients to resolve any issues;">
  • Packaging and organising subcontracting of samples as required;">
  • Managing disposal according to procedure;">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will require scientific qualifications (Diploma or Tertiary) or extensive experience in laboratory environments. Experience using a LIMS is also essential. Availability to work from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM is preferred.
