Retail Sales Supervisor

A leading retailer seeks an experienced supervisor to manage a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced retail environment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, creating memorable and empowering customer connections
- Assist in the training and development of team members to drive store performance
- Manage high stock volumes, ensuring timely delivery and processing of goods
- Delegate tasks effectively and communicate clearly with the team
- Work independently during quieter periods, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with senior management on operational and ad-hoc tasks as required
