Civil Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Civil Quality Control Coordinator to join our team at Clough, delivering the Project Ceres urea plant in Western Australia. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of the Project Quality Management System, Subcontractor Surveillance Program, and ensure testing and surveillance activities during construction are carried out effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with established codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement construction and source inspection planning, surveillance, and scheduling activities, monitor, and report inspection progress.
- Compile service assignment notices to engage Subcontract Inspection Providers for site visits and witness testing.
- Manage notifications for critical activities, ensuring attendance and quality documentation compliance.
- Liaise with procurement, package engineers, site supervisors, and management to report quality conformance and coordinate inspection activities.
- 7+ years of industry experience in a similar role, preferably in an engineering and construction environment.
- Trade qualification and Lead Auditor Certification.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret technical requirements in Contracts.
