Job Description

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will provide expertise in electrical design for both single and multi-disciplinary projects. This role is an opportunity to drive the development of our team and contribute to the achievement of our strategic goals.

  • Electrical Design Expertise: Provide electrical design leadership on both single and multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Project Leadership: Lead small to medium-sized engineering design projects and support larger, more complex projects to ensure effective delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering;
  • High-level specialist expertise in electrical building services engineering and design documentation;
  • 6 to 10+ years' industry experience on Australian building services projects, ideally in a consulting environment;
  • Well versed in effectively delivering multiple, concurrent projects ranging and scale and sector, e.g. rail, resources, aviation;
  • Strong client relationship management and project management skills;
  • Capacity to lead, train and mentor junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspects;
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills;
  • Sound working knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC etc.);
  • Understanding of BIM, NavisWorks and Revit MEP (advantageous).
